Tags are simple descriptor words others have used to describe their layout or themselves.
Example use: Let's say you're a scrapbooker and you are looking for inspiration on how to scrap your Halloween photos. Just do a search for "halloween." If someone else has tagged their layout with "halloween" that layout will show up in the search results below. Yipee!
